DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Tourist Information Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the operations of the PENNDOT Welcome Centers and report directly to Welcome Center Division Manager. and/or Tourism Services Manager. You will also provide the motoring public visiting Welcome Center facilities with effective, efficient and accurate information and resources to shape their travel plans. Interested in learning more? Full-time employment.
Work hours are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with 30-minute lunch.
6 Week rotation. Total 40 hours, OT required
Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

One year as a Tourist Information Counselor; or
Two years of experience in work involving public contact; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training

Additional Requirement:

You must be able to perform essential job functions.
