POSITION SUMMARY
Diono, is a leading juvenile products manufacturer based in Sumner, WA looking for
Warehouse Associates. These positions are a central part of our warehouse operations who report to their respective Warehouse Supervisor as well as the Warehouse Manager.
Each position is responsible for the suitable handling and processing of inventory in the warehouse, unloading of containers, and for maintaining seamless functions in the warehouse as directed. We have performance reviews at 90 days, and with proficiency in essential duties our employees will qualify for a raise.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Pick, pack, label, and ship products according to customer order requirements with 100% accuracy
Assemble outbound shipments
Follow all transportation policies and routing guides
Receive product returns and determine legitimacy of claims
Knowledgeable with international and domestic shipping standards and regulations
Keep warehouse clean and organized
Use material handling equipment to safely and efficiently move items throughout the warehouse
Alert management to any inconsistencies or need for inventory adjustments
Maintain excellent working relationships with coworkers and customers
Ensure customer satisfaction and order compliance with related contracts, standards, processes, policies, and procedures
Assist other departments when needed
Various administrative duties as assigned
Work safely and in accordance with company Health and Safety guidelines
Other duties may be assigned as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma of GED
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail oriented
Self-motivated who is punctual, and able to work independently
Team player, able and willing to help where it is needed
Pleasant and upbeat personality
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) a plus
Experience with small parcel shipping software (Purolator/UPS/FedEx) a plus
Experience with SAP Business One a plus
