YOUR LIFE AS A WATER RESTORATION SUPERVISOR
This water mitigation position typically works 7:30 am – 4 pm Monday – Friday. Disaster can strike at any time, so our water restoration supervisor will also need to be available for rotating 24-hour on-call shifts on nights, weekends, and some holidays in addition to the standard 40-hour workweek.
As a Water Restoration Supervisor, you play the essential role of overseeing our projects from the initial sale, to service, to close. With empathy and efficiency, you visit customers in their homes and provide professional assistance. Our clients count on you as their primary contact, and you’re quick to respond to their calls.
You pride yourself on providing accurate bids, and you coordinate with billing and mitigation teams to ensure correct reporting for insurance claims. Staff, customers, vendors, and insurance adjusters appreciate your dedication to communicating with them frequently. Using the Encircle program, you upload necessary content and manage jobs from start to finish.
You provide team supervision for a crew of 8 – 12 lead and assistant technicians. Your staff relies on you to teach them what they need to know to be successful. You also collaborate with the business development director to generate leads and supply content for media kits. Additionally, you get to drive a company vehicle, and you find satisfaction in ensuring it’s well taken care of. You are proud of your ability to successfully manage simultaneous projects, and find it rewarding to help clients when disaster strikes.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Required certifications (clarify if you require recertification):
Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) accreditation
Lead renovator
Water damage restoration technician (WRT)
Applied microbial remediation technician (AMRT)
Confined spaces
Asbestos awareness / silica awareness
Additional qualifications:
Expert-level experience with Xactimate Software
Highly proficient with Encircle Software
Valid Washington state driver’s license and a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening upon hire
Capable of repetitively lifting 50+ lbs
Ability to work in confined spaces and areas affected by mold, dust, or smoke
